AEGON’s reputation as one of Europe’s leading pension providers has been confirmed with six nominations and one award for this year’s European Pensions Awards.
On 17 July AEGON Multi Manager was announced as the winner of the Multi-Manager of the Year Award at the awards gala in London. Shortlisted firms in this category were AEGON, BlackRock, Dawnay Day Milroy, GAM, ING, Insight, TEAMS and Northern Trust.
Frans van der Horst, Managing Director of AEGON Global Pensions, who attended the awards gala on behalf of AEGON: "The role of the multi-manager and the fiduciary manager has become essential in the European pensions space. This award shows that AEGON Multi Manager is capable of helping European pension funds select the most appropriate managers from a tremendous range of offerings across the world."
