What is the International Retirement Plan?

The International Retirement Plan is a tax-efficient, multi-currency, defined contribution plan.  

Tailored for employers and employees

The International Retirement Plan offers considerable flexibility, allowing both regular and additional contributions to be paid into the same plan in different currencies. Employees can also choose to receive reports in a number of languages, including French, Dutch and English. The plan beneficiary can choose whether the accumulated savings should be paid out in a single lump sum or as an annuity. In addition, the plan can be set up either through a trust or directly with the employer as the policyholder.

The International Retirement Plan is governed by Luxembourg legislation, which allows all contributions to accumulate virtually tax-free, improving their long-term growth. Luxembourg is a leading global financial centre, providing investor protection and security.
