On 13 and 14 March 2012, the fourth edition of the International Mobility Mondissimo conference will be held in the old French stock exchange at Palais Bongniart. It is the largest event of its kind for French multinational companies and attracts a range of service providers geared to serve the expatriate population.
In 2011, several thousands of HR Directors (Compensation, Benefits, Rewards, Tax, Legal), Management Development Professionals, Mobility Policy Decisionmakers and Services Executives, Export Directors and Executive Coaches attended this conference.
Heleen Vaandrager, Regional Director for the Benelux, France and Spain at AEGON Global Pensions, is one of the speakers. She will investigate the background to expatriate pension provision and explore projected demographic changes and current trends as a forerunner to establishing the key variables when designing expatriate retirement plans.
